unhelpful staff closed kitchen
The staff seemed distracted. I asked for parking information, but they could not provide it. The kitchen had already closed, though it was before the stated closing time. We were hungry. Nearby stores were closed. It was annoying.

excellent breakfast tasty food lovely views
the included breakfast was amazing!!! i have traveled extensively, and this breakfast is great. they offered a nice restaurant with tasty food and a bar on the 17th floor with snacks and lovely water views. jean marie at the front desk was very helpful on multiple occasions.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym that includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. All are available for guest use. also, a spacious common area exists on the second floor and features a plant section.

convenient stay near the harbor

convenient location direct access easy commute
the location proved convenient as it was near the ferry terminal. this eliminated concerns about early morning travel to catch our ship. i appreciated the proximity to the 76 bus stop, offering direct access to the city center. it simplified our daily commute.
the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. this caused some discomfort during warmer periods of the day.
